Anyone have trouble with AFS customer service?

I got my AFS 17x9 mac black wheels in about a month ago or so and they had some bad casting on the inside. I contacted them and they said that the would send me a call tag for return and would ship me 2 new wheels. Now it has been 2 weeks or so since i heard from them and i still have the screwed up wheels! WTF! Anyone else have issues?

UPDATE: I finally got the time to call AFS and spoke with Tim. He said that he thought the issue had been resolved. Said he would ship them out that day and they did. They were supposed to arrive tomorrow but when i got home saturday they were on my porch!!!!!! No issues with the new ones they look good! Great customer service you just need to call and not email them lol.

Re: Anyone have trouble with AFS customer service?

No problems with my wheels...so no need to deal with customer service.

I think you will find that a lot of us are pretty happy with the quality of the Mach 1 10.5 wheels we received from AFS. I'm thinking about buying another set just to have as a back-up in case I curb one (or both) of mine.

My 10.5's are great! It's the front 17x9's that are the issue.

Re: Anyone have trouble with AFS customer service?

One of mine came in with damaged clear coat. I called them, they asked me to email pictures, emailed them right away. I called a few hours later and they had not received the pictures. He called me back and they were in their spam folder. They sent me a new wheel ASAP and I shipped the old one back. I wish they had both came in correct the first time but very happy with the customer service.

Maybe that is my problem. I have been emailing them I work nights I never have time to call during the day. I will try calling them tomorrow and see what happens.

Re: Anyone have trouble with AFS customer service?

Glad to see you got everything to worked out

I had no issues with mine and loved the idea of keeping the stock retro look, but with wider rears!

Re: Anyone have trouble with AFS customer service?

They have been a great company to order from. I'm stationed in Germany and Tim and the guys at AFS have went out of their way to make sure my emails, and calls were good to go. I just order from them again last night. My 10.5 Mac Blacks should be here soon. After having to pay $245 in shipping.

Re: Anyone have trouble with AFS customer service?

I've had issues with them. I contacted them about my black bullit's clear coat issue and emailed them pictures and they basically told me "it was my fault for using high pressure water to clean them" when for one, I never told them I used high-pressure water and two, I've never used high pressure water.
