D1sc making bad sounds

My d1sc fluids was changed less then 500 miles ago. I checked the level and its still full but besides the squeeling sound that the idler pully makes im getting a grinding and tapping sound from the head unit. Here is a link for the sound. If anyone has a similar sound please let me know. Thanks. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1bZ2...nX5yd8RyEgY53A

Re: D1sc making bad sounds

I had a sound like that, turned out the bolt on the small idler pulley to the right of the head unit bent and made the pulley angle a little making the squealing sound.

Re: D1sc making bad sounds

I deffenatly need a new idler pulley. But the blower itself is making a howling pinging sound. I'm probably going to attempt to rebuild it.
