Good Shocks/struts
Does anybody know if these are good ones to get? Im not trying to get top of the line, my car is a DD (for now). Mine are worn out and just looking for a good affordable replacement that's better than stock.

Re: Good Shocks/struts
I have the KYB adjustables and really like them. I recommend going with the adjustable ones. Don't know anything about those Konis.

Re: Good Shocks/struts
They are one of the better non adjustable shocks out there right now. I would say a solid step up from the Bilstein HDs.

Re: Good Shocks/struts
I just put the Koni Orange single adjustables on and am very happy with them. With them set at the midpoint and HR SS springs the car still feels stock when hitting most bumps. It is only the really bad ones that show the stiffer springs.

Re: Good Shocks/struts
I mainly just drag race it and use it as a weekend warrior now. But I used to daily drive it and put about 60k miles on it before I stopped daily driving it. I also ran the pro kit springs.
I went with the strange single adjustables up front because I ran coil overs a bit before I broke a spring. But I wish I had just got that full set you linked. I felt like with the pro kit, the stock shock/strut settings was too soft. It handled a lot better when I firmed them up, hence the benefit of using an adjustable shock/strut combo.
