Whats the widest tire size we can put on the stock 17" rims. without messing up the spedo. I would like to fill out the rear wheel wells. I have a tunner so I can make tire size chenges.
Stock are 245/45r/17

Re: bigger tires

i dont think you can go too much wider without it just bulging, to really feel up the wheel wells you need to move to like 10.5" wheel imho. A change in width wont require changing anything in the tuner as long you as go with the right aspect ration for the sidewall.

Re: bigger tires

I've been running 275/40's on my stock rears for years without issues. Here's a pix of how they look on the rims.
