put a cigarette out on the mach , it happened around 920 but i am so mad i just got around to posting. i was in media play picking up some cds and i walk out and my son notices the cigarette on the rear bumper. it melted the fiberglass(or whatever our bumper is) and it is black where it was laying. i go inside and we ask about security cameras? nope,none.i live in chattanooga if anyone knows who did this please do not hesitate to tell me, i will kill...uh call them and ask them why they did it. anyone know what this might cost to repair? i might use this as an occasion to have paint work done(flat black,etc) i will post pics tomorrow as soon as i can.

i think its made of uretene or something. Don't worry your not the only one, when I got my mach towed they left big a$$ scratches all across where it says "Mustang" I was really worked up.

What a horseshxx thing to do!! Man, there a load of low-lifes out there! Some freak judo kicked EVERY body panel on my wife's Jeep while parked at a basketball game. Everything was dented except the roof, hood and trunk lid. I was ready to kill. This same car got keyed front to back a year later at a park. I guess these kind of morons must feel frustrated, and act out with hateful behavior, because they're too pathetic to ever earn enough money to own more than the next pack of cigarettes, crack, booze, or whatever. They can't appreciate anything of beauty without leaving their crappy mark on it.
I hope you can get it fixed up nice. If it's the bumper, make sure the repair shop re-paints it with flex agent blended with the paint, since the bumper bends. Good luck.

There is a way to find out who did it ... but i dont know if you legally can do it. The cigarette has dna from the persons saliva so if you can get a suspect lol you can match em up haha but i guess you dont wanna get too forensic. good luck.

Sorry to hear about your car Steven. It sounds like there's really nothing you can do about this except to go get it fixed. I'd be pissed too, but unfortunately the world is full of a$$holes, and there's nothing we can do about it.

right after my 90 gt was painted it got stoned to death...my blood was hotter then hell :LAUGH: then b4 that my 95 yj (jeep) got the windows smashed out so GL luck on catching who did it.

That sux bro... Sorry to hear... Your gonna have to get a new bumper... No fixing that!! Shouldn't be too expensive couple hundred probably... Luckily there are a million non mach mustangs out there ... So the parts wont be much!!
