I paid $3.19 a gallon this morning, and was glad to get it. Passed 4 gas stations that were sold out of all grades of gas, so getting that price for 93 octane wasn't too bad, it beats pushing the Mach.

In Virginia.... yesterday morning it was $2.99 before 9:00am then it went to $3.19. This morning it was $3.19 at 9:00am then went to $3.29. Seems it is better to get gas first thing in the morning.

$3.61/Gallon for 87 and $3.90/Gallon for 91 here.

That is in USD and all conversions taken into account.

3.19 for 91 here in OKC............and on the 29th it was 2.52. It's sad to see these prices and even worse is that we haven't seen the worst YET. My mach will have to sit and I fear the day of 5/gal gas. Makes you think more about how you intend to use the gas in your tank and on top of the gas prices will be the increase in cost of insurance, food, clothing and everything else dependant on the use of fuel as the result of a natural disaster. I feel sorry for those folks on the coast.

bad idea, diesel is actually more expensive now, i paid $3.40 a gallon the other day

More stations here don't have gas than have gas. This is going to get ugly. Think Road Warrior fuel tanker ugly...yeah, like that...

Sonny Perdue (GA governor), has just suspended the gas tax and sale tax starting at midnight. They said it could result in a fifteen cent drop. First good thing he has done.

Sounds like an ugly deal John. My deputy friend at Ascension Parish has been filling me in and it's pretty bad. I also talked to the Police Chief at Plaquemine PD who had a resuce boat in N.O. and he was shot at. Whew!

I've got a business driving trip to Nebraska on Monday and the BP Service stations are closed here for lack of fuel.

The Mach is sitting in the garage under cover with a full tank of premium. And that's where it will stay.

Take care down there...holler on the boards if you need anything.

$2.81 for 92 yesterday, can't feel too bad about that compared to the rest of the country. OREGON is the 2nd cheapest gas (next to Alaska) right now.
