Even a BMW.....

.....can overturn if driven too fast on a wet road...........

Sorry bout the bad pics, but it was with my camera phone. We did get the driver out, and he seemed to be o.k. considering. The ambualnce took him to the local trauma hospital and we haven't heard anything since.

Word to the wise, SLOW DOWN on wet roads......

Re: Even a BMW.....

Remember, its not the car most of the time as much as it is the NUT behind the wheel...

I have seen plenty of corvette and viper roll-overs over the years.

Very true, but I didn't think the folks on here would have liked it very much if I said something like "Hey, a lot of you are crazy. If you don't settle down you will end up like this.".

Hey, I resemble that remark!! Seriously though, I feel bad for the driver of that car and I'm glad he made it out alive and in one piece, considering the circumstances.

I know I have good tires for when it rains but I also know that I'm not about to do anything stupid to where I'll need to test their limits.

Re: Even a BMW.....

It's because of stories like this that I don't drive the mach in the rain or snow.

Re: Even a BMW.....

That is why in the rain I drive like a freaking Grandma. Highway Im on the right lane doing about 40 to 45 ( cars get pissed but oh well ) I just think to myself catch me on a dry day and I wont be in the right lane doing 40 to 45, besides most people that see my car would understand from looking at the 315's in the back that the car isnt meant to be driven fast in the rain.
