mike, leave it in the garage
i know it's tempting but there will be plenty of time to drive in a couple of months-just go put a coat of wax on it-that will provide you with enough quality time for a little bit

Mike,
I drove through A,bany on Christmas Eve, pea soup wasn't the word for it! I've never driven through fog that thick. Even when it broke up south of Albany, the middle of the day seemed like dusk.

Snow or go?

Mike we just got about an 1.5" of rain down in the lower Mid-Hudson, that should have washed most of the salt to the sides. Up in Albany, did you get rain or snow? Sunday should be about 50 here, I may take it out and run the main roads. Getting itchy about it.

I miss living in the hudson valley. That was a great time when I was a kid.

If the weather breaks, go for it. I go nuts when I cannot drive for a week due to rain and nasty weather. I could not imagine a month or more...

John,
Where did you grow up? I'm in Hyde Park, at my bro's for the Holidays. I really love it here. Move out here in a NY minute if it wasn't for the price of real estate.

Bored????

Dude,
Give me a break!! Are you so bored and stuck on the fact that you OWN a Mach that you actually have to go to the trouble to post a message on this website asking other people if you should actually DRIVE your Mach 1??? If it's a nice day, just walk out to the car with keys in hand, use the hand held remote to unlock the car......(if it's in the garage, don't forget to open the garage door), insert that little old PATS key into the ignition cylinder, turn the ignition cylinder CLOCKWISE until you hear the engine turn over, put your foot on the gas pedal, and give it a couple of strokes. Do I need to go on?? I mean, you're asking us if you should drive it, do you need us to tell you HOW to drive it?? Well, in case you forgot, put the car into reverse (don't know if you have an auto or a 5 speed......probably an automatic since you're such a pansy and asking us if you should drive it), back the car onto the pavement....(since your driveway is either dirt or gravel), put the car into drive, and drive that "sum bich"!!!!! ****!! It's your car, drive it!! Hope you're not married as I'm sure you probably ask your wife if it's okay if you take a leak.

Mike, that joker made quite an impression on his first post! He's got some anger issues or pent up frustrations he needs to take out on something or somebody. Hey Mike, its NY and cold, I make the same decisions everyday with my daily 01 Coupe as to whether or not to commute my 72 mile round trip to work. Some days its the car, some crummy days its the truck, some bad days its the wife's Jeep. a few great days its the Mach! Your car, your post, your thoughts, I didn't know we were being policed. Lighten up "Dude" and talk to me when you hit 30, if your lucky!

...a few more fuzzy navels later... yes, it looks like mustangvert has made quite the entrance onto this forum. Must be an Earnhardt (sr.) fan with such eloquence. No disrespect for the deceased, but he did have quite the following... some of whom made it past the 6th grade.
