I've got my stock 6 disc cd changer head unit. If your interested let me know. I'll let it go for $100 shipped. And I have good feedback on here as well.

There is even a sticker on the top of mine, that warns if the unit is ever accidentally dropped, to just trash it.

I paid $50 for my last one. MAke sure the one you get is from the same year as your car or it wont work. 03's are different from 04's.

A deck is a deck.. Maybe the harness is different, but the wires are the same: speaker, ground, live, and rem wires.

what ever the person selling it is asking i would think. you cant group them all up with each other. some people blow them and ask 100.00 for them because they know there is an issue while other people have never turned them on. there is no way you could ever price them the same or get an average. however if you are looking at one that is in perfect working order with little time on it they i would say any where between 350.00 and 100.00 beware of people selling them dirt cheap because most of the time there are issues with them

Actually not it is not the same and a deck is not a deck the 2004 system is a much better system than the 2003 hence the reason that the plugs in the back of the radio are all different… you would have to do a lot of cutting and splicing. That is not a good time. Ford didn’t change all that to use the same deck the mach 460 out of the 2004 sounds so much better because it is called the un blow able system. When the radio is turned up it does not distort like the 2003 does.. I know this because the system in my 2004 was awesome while the system in my 2003 sucks
