Looking for best pricing on a newly Reman 3650 Transmission

I am looking for the best place to get a rebuilt transmission for my cobra. It is a 99 but I have a mach 1 tranny in it now. I got it for the 5th gear ratio so I def. want to make sure it has that again. The tranny is good besides a few syncros scratching thats annoying. I don't want to spend a ton on a built tranny because I will be putting the car up for sale soon. Thanks!

anyone heard of this guy? He looks to be priced pretty well considering he has upgrades in the transmission.

Your best bet is to pull it out yourself and have a local builder take care of it. If its just synchros its not too expensive. Any builder with Tremec experience will be just fine.

Careful they don't use a different core, and you wind up with a .68 or .74 od.

That Stan the T5 Man sounds like a good builder though. Competitive prices too

yeah thats what I was thinking, he sounds like he knows what he is talking about. I mean with upgrades and stuff looks like you can get a pretty stout 3650 for 11-1200 from him.

Sorry man, I have bought 2 used transmissions in the past 6 months and both of them have ended up having something wrong. Unless the one you have has a guarantee I cant chance it again.
