04 DSG in NC
Hello , I'm Kevin. Bought a DSG 04 last April
33k mi looks like it was garage kept and the previous owner had a personalized badge under the hood . It came with a nice trunk lid insert that is mirrored letters and gray carpet that says MACH1 ,Steeda tri ax ,clutch cable and firewall adjuster. Also a nice billet intake silencer plug and some other mufflers but I'm not sure what brand but they sound pretty decent not hellaloud. Im still reading a lot of threads but wanted to say hello. Ive owned a 79 and an 04v6.Thanks for having me,Kevin |

Re: 04 DSG in NC
16K
Only think that I don't like is the NEXEN 3000 tires but I'm wearing them out every trip to town LOL. I'm thinking about some lap time at Kershaw with it and my wife in her 05 Mini S just to have fun in a safer environment(no DL points) When my 04v6 was new I saw a red white blue grille pony online and I wish I had one now but I can't find it online anymore. I'm seriously thinking about selling the trunk lid insert too.it's cool but it's just weight to me. I have spent a lot of time reading oil wars and bob is the oil guy's page and I run Valvoline SynPower 5w30 and a Ford racing oil filter. |
