Torque arm Install

So I have the torque arm all mocked up and per MM directions is says to get it as close to the bottom of the car.

If its touching the floor isnt it going to cause some noise?
Also it seems REALLY close to the driveshaft.(aftermarket Alu same diameter as stock)
I dont know yet if its going to hit at full droop but it sure seems like it.
Is there something im missing here ?

Shouldn't the torque arm move with the driveshaft?

Re: Torque arm Install

When you mock it up, you have the rear springs out.... And the axle/wheels jacked up to ride height. Then mock the t/a into place. Have any pictures?
