So thats where I am at now... And i am going to take the blower off again and cut down the front of the blower pulley for added clearance between the valve cover and alt.
Hope to have more of an update later on today... |

Excellent posts. Good detailed installation pictures and descriptions. However, I have a question..
Have you contacted ATI - Procharger about your clearance problems? Is everyone running into these issues or do you have some fluke parts? Concerned

I contacted ProCharger, but the tech I regularly talk to was out of town, so I sent all my pics to another tech and he told me to do what I had showed him... I dont know if they are going to change anything from what I have told them, I dont know how a regular person who purchases this kit can install it without seeking a machine shop to fix the main bracket, or swapping to an 03 tensior... Not sure what they are going to do yet, I have to wait till my tech comes back to talk to him about it.... Last edited by DSG Mach ONE; 03-30-2007 at 01:03 AM. |

So...you are going to try and make that 4.00" pulley fit? Seems like alot of work to run a 'Fag' pulley :P Run the 3.60 like me I just might swap on my 3.40 for one more track outing. Shoot for the 10s on drag radials.

You're gonna blow yer sh!t up! I run a 5.00" pulley on mine j/k. I had to machine the face on my 3.40 pulley just like that. I think there are different pulleys for the 2v and the 4v cars. The 3.4 came off a 2v blower kit...and the 3.6 was the one Procharger gave me with my kit. The 3.6 fits perfectly.
