It appears that 132 registered sex offenders in the great state of California got free Viagra all expences paid by YOU the tax payers. I dont know about you, but that burns me up and i dont even live in California.

I truely feel sorry for you guys.

Nope, if I not mistaken the same thing was found in New York a month or so ago. How does this happen? Is it really that hard to check a name against a list?

Ill tell you how it happens. There are many people that feel sympathy towards these people, So they get what they need. Its a disfunction in our society. Those people know who they are.

There is an actaul sex offender living at the end of my dad's block...about 7 houses down or so.

this the same crap as convicts IN prison are allowed to vote in okla.(maybe other states)
also, most of the time, a politician convicted of a crime can (and does) collect his/her retirement benefits from the state while IN prison(in okla. i know)

Thats a disgrace!, All prisoners should be stripped of there rights to vote while they are serving time. They commited hanice crimes and they get all the comforts of home and voting rights. Thats just dispicable. I hear Clinton wants to do that in New York. Typical liberal democrats.

I bet you'll find there is at least 1 sex offender in every neighborhood. In my state of Michigan sex offender registry, my zip code reviels over 55 registered sex offenders. Thats just in my zip code. And i live in a small township.
