Looking for a Black Mach - 2003-04 Mach 1 Registry Owners Club

Hey guys, I'm new here. (Though I've lurked a bit.)

I used to own a Black Bullitt, but due to unlucky events, it no longer exists. (Long story short, my baby met a Semi truck because of a blown right front)

Anywho, I'm still not certain if I want a Mach to replace it, or another bullitt. I definitly want a "Special" edition mustang.

Now, to the good stuff. I'm searching for a Black Mach(Either year) In the Georgia area. If Black's unavailable, I also like DSG and CO colors as well.
I'm hoping to find one under 24K (Is this too low? I'm not really sure the value on Machs, KBB says they are worth $22,000ish. Please let me know if I'm way off or something)
As for mods, I'd take anything stock, or with any/all of these mods: Gears (3.73 or 4.10) Short throw shifter. (Including, but not limited to Steeda, and Pro 5.0) I'm not real picky about exhaust. I'm not real picky about wheels + tires, but I'm pretty fond of the stock rims.

As for appearance stuff. I'm fine with stuff like silver or white strips.(I'm speaking about the black, of course) In fact, I think they look great. I'm not real fond of bumper/fascia swaps, though. I love the look of the stock Mach front end. I'm fine with things like Louvers. (I was thinking of putting some on, perhaps. Kinda like the old machs) Of course, I'm hoping to find one with the IUP as well.

That's all I can think of right now. Those are just general guidelines so you guys can see kinda what I like. If you've got something close, please feel free to let me know! I am by NO means restricting my options to just those choices. I've searched through the first few pages, and it's kinda confusing to me, It's hard to tell which ones have actually been sold, and which haven't. They look like some REALLY great deals out there.

Thanks for reading. I'm no Mach expert, in fact I'm rather ignorant about them, my dad had a '69 Mach 1, but that's pretty much my only experience with them. (Other than reading on the internet, and test driving one) I'm a bullitthead at heart.... but machs look mighty delicious, too!

I have a Black 03' Mach 1 in Orlando,Florida.

Has 17k miles on it. Magnaflow Cat-Back Exhaust , Pro 5.0 Short Shifter.
