aftermarket sound system trouble

hey guys, so ive had a pioneer head unit in my car for a while now, no problems. but recently i got two 10 inch kickers with an amp and a custom box that fits in after you remove the rear amp deck. i had no trouble re-locating the factory amps but now i realize, the rear speakers are attacthed to the amp rack..... so do i lose the rear speakers by puttin in this sub box??

Re: aftermarket sound system trouble

If you remove the rear speakers, yes, you no longer have the rear speakers.

It's a custom installation. You need a custom solution.

easy to still have rear speakers. Just make some speaker baffles out of some mdf.

Re: aftermarket sound system trouble

You will be glad you did this... I would take it a step further and do all four at once. It wont be that much more expensive. You will be glad you did since you are already running wires.
