Re: Mach 1 vs 5.0 GT

I have an 04 mach and 11 gt/cs vert. They are different cars in how the ride, drive, etc. The 5.0 is smooth. The mach is smaller; and feels more nimble. I get a little better mpg driving to work...

Re: 17x9.5?

I expect backspacing is important as you go this wide on the front. I saw a 01 cobra with 9.5" ARE TT2 wheels on the front. They did stick out some.

Re: shift points with 4.10's

I agree has nothing to do with rear end gearing. please re-read.

Transmission gearing effects optimal shift points.

The question was where to shift based on changing...

Re: shift points with 4.10's

You shift to keep the motor in its powerband so changing gears doesn't effect that. You just go through the powerband quicker. If you're still running the 3650 trans, try 6800 1-2, 6500 2-3, 6200...

Re: Mass Airflow Screen removal

Re: Here is your chance to get a great deal on a challenger

The orig Petty "Super" blue was a B3 color code...too bad this car is b5 Bright or True Blue; The "new" Mopar keeps confusing the color codes and names.
